M&D Braiding

Absolutely loved my experience at M&D Braiding! They were professional, kind, and incredibly talented. My hair looks amazing and I felt welcomed from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend!

I’ve been going here since November and I really like it, It’s a smaller braiding place… calm, TIDY. I typically go on weekdays in the evenings and my service is swift and perfect braids every time. Ren is my lady, I get knotless twists. The pricing is a little inconsistent, but I finally figured it out that when I started, they were having a promotion and I didn’t realize it. I’m pleased :)

I’ve had my hair done here twice and had a great experience both times. Gladys and her team were knowledgeable and very accommodative and love that my hair being healthy under my braids was a priority. Would highly recommend to anyone with natural hair that prefers stylists who understand natural hair and how style it without damaging it.

Made an appointment for my daughter to get knotless braids. Reine did a wonderful job! My daughter was so happy afterwards. We will definitely be returning!

I’ve been getting my knotless braids done by Gladys or Antoinette for over a year now since I moved to VA and now that I live in DC I still only go to them for my braids. They come out perfect every time, no sore scalp or too much tension. Just a nice experience every time!

It’s been hard finding a braider in Virginia. Usually I have to go into Maryland which is a bit of a ways for me. I found this place that’s only 20 minutes from me. The ladies were super nice and helpful especially when it came to booking and finding the shop. The prices are very reasonable for the service they provide! I got back length boho braids. It took a little bit longer than expected but that’s because I have long thick hair. Overall I highly recommend this braiding shop, I will probably keep coming back because they are great!
