Appointment Policies and Guidelines:

Arrival: Please arrive with your hair clean, detangled, stretched, and properly blown out. If you prefer, you can add a shampoo and condition service to your order. Avoid using any oil on your hair on the day of your appointment.

Late Policy: A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be subject to rescheduling or cancellation if we haven’t received communication about your delay.

Cancellations: While we do not require a deposit, we kindly request at least 24-48 hours' notice for cancellations.

Service Refusal: If your hair is not clean upon arrival, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.

Booking: Ensure you select the correct hairstyle when booking. Changes may not be accommodated on the day of your appointment. If you’re unsure about your style choice, please contact us in advance for assistance.

Wonderful service. Very nice. My braids look amazing! And they are super quick - 3.5 hours for medium size box braids! They also do my 4 year old daughter who has ADHD. They are super patient and do a great job.
